The first part of the seminar was about the fall school and the second part was about the practical use of the fall school in the throws. At the end there were some basic techniques in Iado.

On Saturday the throwing and falling seminar took place, which we unfortunately had to postpone again and again because of Corona. The seminar took place in the dojo of our world president in Bodenkirchen.
